Yoga makes me feel amazing everyday and I love seeing the positive benefits it gives those around me. The wonderful community, mindfulness, and physical health I’ve gained are what inspires me to continue my practice. I completed my 200 hour power yoga teacher training in 2018 through Corepower Yoga in San Francisco. Since then I have enjoyed teaching power vinyasa, yoga sculpt, and posture clinic classes. I have continued my journey as a student by finding time for my personal practice and taking opportunities to continue my yoga education by learning from instructors I admire. In my classes I love to summon my students' strengths, have an energizing cpe monitor playlist, and encourage positive attitudes. Join me in a challenging and mindful practice!

I am passionate about sharing the joy and healing power of Yoga. My goal is to hold space for Yogis to overcome challenges, find relaxation and have fun! After many years as a student, I completed my 200 hour Yoga teacher training in 2017 and have over 50 hours of continuing education. My favorite pose is King & Pigeon. My classes are balanced in powerful movements and space for still meditation. Let's flow!
